You’ll start as a Track Operative, Earthing Assistant, or Vegetation Management worker, with quick progression into higher-paid roles like Authorised Person, Lookout, or Possession roles. Salaries start at £27-37k, with experienced operatives earning £60k+ within two years.
Not officially, but it’s very likely. Complete the training and get a guaranteed interview with an employer. 98% of past learners landed a job within weeks. Our college partners work directly with hiring companies, so you’ll be in high demand.
This is a full-time course—there’s no part-time option, and full attendance is required. If you know you’ll need to miss sessions, it’s best to wait for a future course when you can commit fully.
